Thank you for shopping with Trimmings by Holly! Please allow up to seven days for your item(s) to ship. Packages are shipped at the lowest cost to the customer through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Due to the custom, perishable nature of our products, Trimmings by Holly does not permit refunds. If your items arrive damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact Trimmings by Holly via email.  These will be reviewed on a case by case basis.


Local pick-up is offered during the Christmas season only. Some items specify that they qualify for local pick-up. If you live near Charlotte, NC and wish to pick up your items, please be advised you will receive instructions via email following your purchase with days and times in which the items can be picked up. Please note there will only be a two-day window for pick up and chosen at Holly’s discretion.


Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes! We can include a gift card with your order. Please type your message in the section indicated on the checkout page.


How long should my wreath or garland stay fresh?

All Trimmings by Holly products will remain looking their best if kept away from direct sunlight. Fraser Fir, White Pine, Boxwood, and Cedar respond well to a light misting of water; this will help prolong the life of the product. However, a magnolia wreath should not be cared for with any water; this type of wreath will deteriorate if sprayed with water. It should also be noted that these are perishable, living items that will continue to age naturally, but if cared for correctly can be prolonged.
